The 2010 challenge circuit kicked off today at Bang's Paradise Valley Hunt Club in Ehrhardt South Carolina. 11 Teams made up of both Challenge Veterans and several TV Show personalities all competing in the Sport of Filming Hunts have arrived for the video hog challenge as the first event of four that make up the Pro-Video Circuit. Teams are all set to go in the morning after having our rules meeting and banquet of prime rib! Here are this years Pro Circuit Teams:

Road Less Traveled: Tom Clark and Chip Hamilton
Non Stop Hunting: Jeff Ensor and Stephen Boulware
The first morning was pretty slow but every team has good sign in their area. The weather has given way to sunshine and milder temps for the next few days so things should be in place for a great few days.
Congratulations to Travis and Leigh Creekbaum of The Chase for submitting the first successful video of this event. The Video and degree of difficulty score is being totaled now and we'll have updates soon.
It has been a tough couple days and although several teams have seen hogs, only Travis and Leigh from "The Chase" have been successful so far in submitting a videoed hog hunt for scoring. Time is running short for all the teams with only 2 half day hunts left.
Currently in the Lead, The Chase with 246 points,all other teams are at 100 points. We hope to have a lot more info for you soon.
Well we had a great time but it was definately one of the tougher hog challenges we have experienced. We had many missed opportunities this week but the hogs were most certainly there. As usual the facilities were great, the food was great and everyone at Bang's did a super job accomodating all the teams. Congratulations to Travis and Leigh of "The Chase" for winning this challenge and leading the circuit. Next we're off to Tell City, Indiana for the wild turkey challenge.
