7 Teams have arrived back at Kentucky Lake for the 5th annual AMS Bowfishing (Pro Bowfishing Challenge) from the waterways of Western Kentucky!!!!Lake conditions are challenging this year after the major flooding in Tennessee. But 7 of the top video bowfishing teams in the US are here to battle it out for a shot at this years title! Some teams got some decent scouting in a day prior while others did not arrive until the start day relying on historical areas on the lake. Last year Team Rivers Edge had major mechanical issues with lights, generator, outboard etc. This trend has carried forward to this year as 5 of the 7 teams have already had mechanical issues with their boats before the tournament even started!!! One thing about bowfisherman is they are the most adaptable people in the industry. Everyone is back up to speed and teams all met at Kentucky Dam Village for the banquet and premier TV showing of last years challenge.

Day 1 already shows just how tight this competition is becoming. Almost every team had all their fish and the video scores are even a step up from last year. Team Muzzy/Backwater Outdoors has already submitted their daytime bonus fish for scoring.
