Kurt Wall
Passion, patience and persistence are a big part of Kurt's hunting skill.  He has been hunting for over 15 years and has become an expert in the field.  Born and raised in Pleasantville, NY.  Kurt has learned how to hunt anywhere anyhow.

He began hunting as a teenage and has incredible passion to hunt.  He is constantly looking for new hunting spots and scouting the ones he has for animals. Kurt thrives on hunting trips and has dedicated himself to be the best.  His ability to shoot accurately is due to his participation in 3D shoots. Kurt believes that practice makes perfect and being able to judge distance and yardage is an important key to being a good hunter. As well as hunting Kurt loves fishing in the sound for strippers and blue fish but his favorite is Bow fishing.  Because of his compassion and love of outdoor sports he has decided to take it to the next level and video tape them. He has put together a team of friends to hunt and video tape; team American BowHunters... which plans on producing yearly DVD's and a TV program.

Chris Abrahamsen
One of NY's finest; Chris is a fireman in White Plains, NY. In ALL his free time Chris loves to hunt. He first began handling a bow when he was 13 years old in archery competitions'.  He placed 1st in Matthew's Northeast Invitational (young adult) in 1999  In the IBO World Championship where he competed since 1999 and in 2004 he finished sixth. Chris was the NETTA Champion in 2002, which is his most notable accomplishment  He came in first, three times in the Massachusetts Indoor 3D Championship Big E, plus two, third places and one fourth place, between the years 2000-2007. He racked up first place in the following: 2004, 2005 Connecticut, New York and New Jersey State Championship; 2000 Nikon Sports Optics Festival-Windam, NY and 2001 North East Tournament Archery Association. In 2006 he competed in the first leg of ASA's National Championship where he placed first. In 2008 he placed first place in the Sportsman' show in Harrisburg, PA and first in the IBO Qualification in West Springfield, Ma.  Chris's exemplary archery skill has helped him harvest many free range animals: such as rabbits, turkeys, coyotes, fox and deer and soon to be moose and caribou in British Columbia this fall.

Eddie Violino
Eddie is a self taught bow hunter. He has been bow hunting for 23 years and his passion and enjoyment of the sport has not stopped.  He also is an accomplished archer and has been participating in local 3D shoots throughout his hunting career.  Eddie has placed first in Westchester, Putnam and Duchess Competitions over numerous times and has come in the top five in too many competitions to count. In the summer months Eddie has been known to occasionally put the bow down and pick up a golf club. When time permits you may find him restoring his 1969 Camaro.  Eddie lives in Poukeepsie, NY.

Bruce Messur

Bruce is an avid hunter, fisher and all around outdoorsman.  He was raised in Carmel, NY and has been hunting for almost 20 years. He started hunting small game at the age of 14, and at 16 Bruce began bow hunting.  He loves hunting any and everything that has a season; from whitetails, turkeys, waterfowl to rabbits. He also enjoys bow, fly and ice fishing during the winter months.  Bruce takes his boat out onto the Long Island sound not only for fishing, but also for duck hunting during the winter months.  So far to date, he has shot every species of duck that are found in the state of New York.  He has also taken goose and duck hunting trips to Saskatchewan (Canada), Rhode Island and Connecticut. Over the past 5 years, Bruce has bred and trained Labrador retrievers for hunting.  Chance, his year old black lab, has already made 238 retrieves.  Bruce raises both pheasants and pigeons for training his pups. Recently, he has begun trapping everything from beavers to muskrats. He also has started to carve and paint his own duck and goose decoys.

Kristen Bonci
Kristen Bonci was raised in Mahopac, NY. She is new to the sport of hunting.  Having just received her hunting license in 2007, she shot her first deer opening day with the muzzleloader. Kristen also shot her first banned goose. Since her time hunting with Bruce she has learned that the four seasons were no longer fall, winter, spring and summer, but now duck, deer, turkey and trout. Kristen loves to fish in the summer. This year, she is planning on getting her bow hunting license, so she can go not only bow hunting, but learn how to bow fish as well. Kristen likes to help Bruce in training their black lab, Chance as well.

Laura Santucci
Hiking, kayaking and cycling were Laura's venue to the outdoors, until Phil, her son, took up an interest in hunting.  Then a new love developed, she began as a videographer until she got to shoot "the bow" now she is hooked and wishes bow fishing season was all year round. Laura lives in Pleasantville, NY and has four children.

Jimmy Boyce
Trapping raccoon and fox at the age of twelve was Jimmy's introduction to harvesting small game.  Working along side his dad he would set trap lines in Westchester County. Then they would skin, stretch and sell the pellets to a local fur bearer.  At fourteen years of age Jimmy got his junior licenses and began harvesting deer, wild turkey and coyotes.  Sixteen years ago Kurt introduced Jimmy to the challenge of bow hunting. The stillness of the hunter and closeness of the prey hooked Jimmy on the bow.  The time in the woods brings him peacefulness from his demanding job as a union steam fitter. Bow hunting is an experience Jimmy is looking forward to passing along to his three children. Jimmy lives in Thornwood, NY.

Craig Campanaro
Craig is an avid outdoorsman.  He was introduced to hunting, fishing and trapping at an early age by his father, who at five months of age gave him a Browning T-Bolt 22, for Christmas.  Most of his hunting, until recently has been in the New York State Northern Zone with a rifle. Through the influence of Kurt, his good friend Craig has been converted to bow hunting and they spend many days scouting and hunting.  When he is not hunting or fishing Craig can be found four wheeling and snowmobiling in New York's Adirondacks Park. Craig lives in Pleasantville, NY.

Phil Rotondo
Phil is the youngest on the team; he started hunting at 14 and has had a great season harvesting his first deer and a lot of small game. Phil's enthusiasm for learning the sport is insatiable, he is constantly asking questions about scouting, attracting deer and hunting equipment. He is learning many things from his veteran team mates. Phil's computer/music skills help with the editing and polishing of the hunting clips and are a great asset to the team.  Phil lives in Pleasantville, NY.
