Turner Media Group announced last week that the company has filed bankruptcy and will no longer be an entity. Turner Media owns several networks including the Men’s Outdoors and Recreation channel, where our show primarily aired. Due to this very unfortunate turn of events The Campbell Outdoor Challenge is currently seeking a new network to air on. We here at The Campbell Outdoor Challenge are very proud to be a part of all our challenge teams and sponsors and are continuing to grow “The Sport of Filming Hunts” at a phenomenal rate, despite this unfortunate turn of events. Today The Campbell Outdoor Challenge made arrangements with The Sportsman Channel for 4th quarter 2007 for 3 airings per week starting October 1st. We would like to take this opportunity to personally thank each and every one of our sponsors and teams for all the support over the past year and assure you that we are doing everything we possibly can to better position our television show on the air. Negotiations are happening between us and The Outdoor Channel, Versus, and several Fox Sports affiliates. We have included a copy of the 2007 Hog Challenge DVD made up of both show 1 and 2 for everyone to see. In the meantime we are moving forward full steam and are getting ready for the fall Whitetail Challenges here at our home office in Illinois.
