2005 Film Your Own Hunt winners

The Campbell Outdoor Challenge that features team competitions in "The Sport of Filming Hunts" announces the amateur winners of the "Film Your Own Hunt" categories. The videos were scored based upon a copyrighted scoring system from the Campbell Outdoor Challenge where teams received points based on required increments of video footage. This challenge is open to all challenge members, there is no entry fee and teams may enter as many categories as they have filmed hunts for. Both the hunter and cameraman need to be members, submitting only raw footage.
A total of $8000 in cash prizes was awarded for 8 different categories of the "Film Your Own Hunt" competition. The winning entry in each category received $1000 and was given the option to participate in a professional challenge event for the Campbell Outdoor Challenge Circuit. The teams winning footage will also be showcased on the Campbell Outdoor Challenge TV show.

Several of these teams will be competing in the 2006 Championship round of the Campbell Outdoor Challenge October 28 - November 2 at Campbell Illinois Whitetails in Southeastern Illinois.
The Campbell Outdoor Challenge airs nationally on The Sportsman Channel Monday at 7 p.m., Thursday at 12 p.m. and Saturday at 2 a.m. and on the Men's Channel Sunday at 9 p.m., Tuesday at 1 p.m. and Wednesday at 5 p.m. The show airs locally on WFIE Evansville channel 14 on Saturday and Sunday at 5:30 a.m. and WSIL Harrisburg channel 3 on Saturday at 6:30 a.m. For more information on "The Sport of Filming Hunts" visit www.campbelloutdoorchallenge.com
