Favorite Game to Hunt: Elk, Deer, Antelope, Turkey, and anything else that can be hunted!
Most Memorable Hunt: My son Blakes first squirrel hunt at age 4. Nothing beats seeing the excitement on a kids face and how they appreciate the experience.
Where I Come From: I grew up in the small town of Chandler in southwest Minnesota, A small farm community where everyone knows one another. I grew up with a Dad that loved to hunt when he had a chance, and showed me how to respect the sport of hunting and fishing. Basically when I was old enough to start hunting on my own that became my passion and I have now been able to start passing this on down to my own kids. My main focus is archery hunting, but I tend to involve myself in anything that has to do with the outdoors.

Favorite Game to Hunt:

Most Memorable Hunting Trip: My most memorable hunting trip was, my first elk hunting adventure. Brad and I had hunted two weekends in the black hills and were unfortunate to see any elk; except for a little rag that we caught a glimpse of. The weather was not on our side and the winds were brutal. On last day of our hunt, archery deer opened, and it was decided that since we had not seen many elk I would carry my bow instead of the camera. The amazing problem was that we were not able to find any deer but instead Brad called in five incredible bulls. The largest was a 350+, and came into 9 yds! I was in complete awe! I had never seen a majestic animal like that come in and not realize anybody was there; but that was the first day I had not carried the camera along because of deer season. The experience was not caught on film but one that I will never forget !
Where I Come From: I grew up in a small town in Southwest Minnesota I was raised on having fun in the outdoors. My father taught me how to fish and hunt upland game (mostly pheasants). In 2004 I got married and moved to Sioux Falls, SD. That is when Brad and I started hunting together. The rest so far has been history and I hope we have many more fun filled hunting adventures to come.
