Our circuit teams have all joined together again here at Crooked Creek Outfitter in Buffalo South Dakota for the 3rd leg of this years Archery Antelope Classic. Teams lottery draw for the areas they are going to film hunts in and spent the rest of the day scouting what will be their home for the next 4 days. Last night we had our rules meeting and banquet at Saloon #3 here in Buffalo. Teams had an opportunity to catch up on things since they have not seen each other since the Turkey classic in Tell City in April. An awesome meal of prime rib set the evening off and we went over the rules, question and answer session and guest speakers. A special thenks to John Height, Matt Gilbert, and all the guides of Crooked Creek Outfitter, also the fine folks in the community of Buffalo, SD for making the start to the 2nd annual Antelope classic such a success. Also thanks to Emily Currey, Film and Media rep for the South Dakota Dept. of Tourism and Jim McCormick District Supervisor for the South Dakota DNR for attending our kick off and answering questions for our teams.

Camo Life of David and Tina Peavey submitted their first videoed hunt of this challenge, Team Roscoby was also successful, Team Full Throttle Adventures, who up until this point had been almost non exsistant to this point turned in their 2nd filmed antelope and placed them in the lead in this challenge and has now made them serious contenders in the circuit where they are now currently in 2nd place. Team Farm Credit submitted a nice filmed antelope hunt but due to a rules violation on assigned property boundaries, that videoed hunt was disqualified and all points associated with it were removed.
