The competition has been going on now for 3 days and no harvest yet from our teams even though they have seen a lot of bucks and does.

The teams have ran into some natural roadblocks- rain rain rain!!

Team Mers Outdoors had success on a nice filmed doe hunt yesterday and several teams have seen bucks.

Today Team Winnataska turned in a nice buck hunt, unfortunately it did not meet the 130" minimum requirements. Still a nice buck and great video of it. Also Team I Love Crabs.com filmed an impressive buck today and unfortunately had a heartbreaking miss on film. And Team Redneck Hunting Squad missed a doe. It's raining once again and with only this evening and tomorrow morning left, teams are really going to have to get aggressive to get the job done now.

Well record October rains dampered the success of most of the teams in this event as only one team successfully submitted a qualifying hunt for score. We had multiple opportunities in this challenge and got some great video of some really impressive whitetails but in the end Team Mers Outdoors with their filmed doe hunt walked away with the first place honors and earned a spot in the 2010 challenge circuit. We met a bunch of great teams and hooked up with some familiar faces as well. Thanks to all for some truly great footage!!
